Access Denied

HIi!
Has anyone else had the "Access Denied" message when they log into CiviCRM? I've never had this issue before and was even using it a few hours ago but, I received this message a few moments ago. Any and all help would be appreciated!

Hi Susie,

We implemented an automated logout. If you're idle for over an hour, the system will automatically log you out. It's a security precaution. Keeping the sites secure!

This is happening to me again even when I logout and try to log back in to CiviCRM.. help?

Try clearing your browser cache including all active logins and then try again. This is usually a browser cache issue.
