Sending Automatic Responses

I thought I had an automatic response that was send out after someone signed the volunteer interest form. I found the template, but it isn't sending. Can you help me get this fixed?

The Volunteer form doesn't send automatic responses to the user, if that's what you mean. It will send a notification email to an address you specify in the form settings. I checked your Volunteer profile and see the notification email is set to: Are you not receiving the notification email?

You can check these settings in the profile:
Administer --> Customize Data & Screens --> Profiles
To the right of the Volunteer & Skills form, click the link: Settings
Under Advanced Settings is where you set the notification email address
