Hi Team,
So what are the possibilities of adding an attachment feature to the donations? What I mean by that is although it asks me to log the check number, amount, etc. I would love to scan the image and house in the same place. Is that a crazy idea?

Hi Kassi,

Although there has been some discussion about adding an attachment feature to some of the other CiviCRM modules (OpenCase is one), it doesn't appear to be something they are planning on adding to Contributions. But they are adding new features with every upgrade, so in the future it may be available and we'll let you know.

Best,
Madelynn

Perhaps to work around this you could . . .

When entering the donation, include a "Note" under "Additional Details" to refer to an Activity that you create under "Actions" and include the attachment there. You might want to add a new "Action" label specific to donations.

It's worth a try until something else develops.
